Group Sessions Our drop-in expressive arts groups are a welcoming space to connect, create, and explore — no experience necessary. Each month brings a new theme and creative activity, designed for all levels and all minds.
Groups are intentionally separated by age to create a space where everyone feels truly seen and understood. While teens and adults explore the same creative themes and activities, each group is shaped around the unique needs of that season of life.
CCT's Mission and Vision:
Positive relationships are deeply therapeutic. At CCT, community is at the heart of everything we do — a place to find belonging, understanding, and connection. Being alongside others offers something quietly powerful: the reminder that you are not alone, and the gift of new perspectives that can gently shift the way you see yourself and your own story.
Disconnect for a moment
In the busyness of everyday life, moments of stillness, wonder, and quiet exploration are so important — and so easily forgotten. CCT offers a gentle pause. A space to breathe, create, and simply be, without the pressure of productivity or performance. Here, mindfulness happens naturally through the act of creating.
Connect the dots
Art has a unique way of creating safety. Through symbol, metaphor, and creative expression, we are able to explore our inner world at a comfortable distance — without having to find the words. This is what is known as symbolic distance — the idea that making art about something allows us to understand it in ways that words alone sometimes cannot reach. At CCT, this is how insight quietly finds its way in.
